Steve is a proud father of two daughters Maddie and Mollie and a Williamsburg native. He served as a firefighter and captain for over 20 years and obtained an MS in emergency management from Columbia Southern University. He started working in the construction industry in high school and served in various capacities as a mechanical and general contractor. His attention to detail and integrity to the work make him a valuable asset.

As Richard’s daughter she knows what it takes to build a fine home and has her father’s sharp eye for detail. Lizzy brings that detail into the office as well as the customer specialist. She prepares and reviews contracts and selections to ensure that her customers’ expectations are met. Expect to see her reviewing plans in the office and making sure that those details constructed on the job site.

Josh provides project support on day to day operations and office tech support. Josh has a background in theatre and writing and is a published writer and SAG actor.
