Steve is a proud father of two daughters Maddie and Mollie and a Williamsburg native. He served as a firefighter and captain for over 20 years and obtained an MS in emergency management from Columbia Southern University. He started working in the construction industry in high school and served in various capacities as a mechanical and general contractor. His attention to detail and integrity to the work make him a valuable asset.
Growing up as a contractor’s daughter, she knows what it takes to build a fine home and has her father’s sharp eye for detail. Lizzy brings that detail into the office as well as the customer specialist. She prepares and reviews contracts and selections to ensure that her customers’ expectations are met. Expect to see her reviewing plans in the office and making sure that those details constructed on the job site.

Past February 2022, started with Richard Dudley and this is his legacy.
Richard Dudley’s aunt gave him a wooden toolbox when he was only four years old. From that moment on, all Richard ever wanted to be was a carpenter. Not many people have their life’s destiny set before them at such a young age, and Richard felt lucky to be able to do what he loved.
For more than four decades, Richard helped clients navigate the emotions and details that accompany home remodels, additions, and custom home projects on the Hampton Roads Peninsula. Richard’s legacy is made of stone, brick, and wood, as he put his heart and soul into each project.
